Onboarding with TEG

Before you start the integration process, review and sign the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and API licence agreement. If you haven't received an NDA, please raise a support ticket here and we will get in touch with you.

The full end-to-end integration process has ten steps:

Request test accounts
Sign NDA
Complete Test environment setup
Begin development
Finalize development and perform end-to-end testing
Perform a UAT test for your integration with TEG Exchange
Set up the integration in the production environment
Identify and launch a pilot customer (for API monitoring test)
Continue launching new customers
Keep the integration up to date with new features
