Create a load

https://app.staging.transportexchangegroup.com/api/v2/loads

This method allows users to create an unallocated load or a load assigned to a specific delivery driver/company. Unallocated loads are automatically created with the status "POSTED" and available drivers can bid for them. Allocated loads are referred to as bookings and must be allocated to your own company when using this method.
